We want to stay at Occidental Grand Flamingo in Puerto Plata with a 6 and 8 year old kids. Is the kids program there good? Any advise? Thanks.

Puerto Plata may be okay, but a word to the wise is to stay completely away from the Grand Xcaret by Occidental. If you want to know why go to google.com and type in Brent Midlock. The incompetencies of this resort killed an innocent 8 year old. It is my opinion that it is our social, moral and ethical obligation never to partronize a place that is so evil.

this may be late but i just came back from that resort.. it would be fine for kids that age.. there is a small kiddie pool connected to the adult pool.. right by the lounge. and when they have shows after dinner.. everynight kids are included in the show.. super cute! and when the kiddies are down, you can have a great time too :)
