I am a destination wedding photographer out of Denver, Colorado who was married a year ago myself. My husband and I went to Jamaica for our honeymoon last year and fell in love with the Country and the people and would love to share this incredible place with another couple who are planning their wedding there! So the first annual free wedding photography contest was born.

If you are planning a Jamaica wedding between January and April 2009 you are eligible to win! Please email in your story and include a photograph that is about 900 pixels on the longest side. What I am looking for is a couple who has a wonderful story or who has overcome great odds.

The couple must be willing to appear on this blog and possibly in publication and have their story and photos shared.

The winner will received 7-8 hours consecutive wedding day coverage; online posting of all final images, a DVD of all final images, a $200 studio credit and an online slideshow documenting your special day.

Unfortunately, I cannot affort to include travel expenses (airfare, hotel, ground transportation and meal) so these will have to be paid by the winner.
