Hands down, it was the most relaxing vacation yet.
They treated us like family from the time we got off the plane to the time we got back on. We were lucky enough to be the first to stay in the new Sky Cabana, that we loved. Very,very romantic. Foster asked us everyday if everything was OK or if there was anything that we needed. We told him that it could use some more water pressure and the next morning he installed a larger pump. The cleaning ladies kept it spotless and his sons and staff kept us intertained.
The food at Foster's was some of the best we had on the trip. The Seafood Platter for $22 was our favorite and it is enough to feed 2 people.
My fiancee was leary about traveling to some place as exotic and remote as Roatan. She had never left the states before or even been on a plane. But she loved every minute of it and can't wait to return. She said the people on Roatan were the nicest people that she had ever met.
