How is food at the resort, can you provide some samples?

The food is great, but I am very adventurous about trying new things. They have lobster (I think on Wednesdays) and shrimp and fish dishes as well. The nachos are made with goat cheese and are terrific. Try the flaming shrimp...it is quite a show..also the caesar salad (again, quite the show)...after dinner order a Mayan Coffee! You will love the spectacular show they put on while making it...it is a pouring flame art they have developed quite well...very tasty too, if you like alcohol coffee's. I love the place and can't say enough good things. When are you going? I will be going back on 10/13.
