After spending several weeks budget traveling through the Mayan Riviera, this was by far the worst experience of the trip. The owners were rude and disorganized, the "vibe" was anything but "kickin'", and the service was atrocious. Spending any amount of time here would be a huge disappointment to anyone looking for a restful night sleep or decent service.
