Cricket World Cup tour

Postby iluvsmydogs on Mon Sep 04, 2006 6:16 am

Hey hey,

I'm undertaking a solo Cricket World Cup Tour next year, hoping to do things a little cheaper than the expensive Sports Tours offered here in Australia. I'm getting it all together now, but I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on nice cheap places to stay in Barbados? I'm hearing that accomodation is largely booked on most islands for the Cup. I could be in trouble... :(

Any help?

Barbados -- Cricket World Cup

Write to me at mc2am@hotmail.com and I may be able to suggest some cost-effective alternatives.

Will you be travelling alone from Australia and would you need accommodation only for yourself or for others as well? I can probably suggest assistance only for 1 person, maybe 2. Let me know.

Cheers,
MC

Arite Folks!!!
I'm looking for some cheap accomodation between 13th and 21st April. I dont mind sharing either (obviosuly I'll draw the line at sharing the same single bed!!!)
Basically, I've just booked my Tickets to Barbados for the world cup!!! WOOOHOOO! I live in England, am an India supporter, but my allegance is at the toss of a coin if India are not involed...so in other words quite easy going and not a Hooligan of any sort (Although being an Everton Football Cub supporter, I do look down at Manchester United and Liverpool Fans!!!! ;o))
Anyway, me and missus are gonna be staying at the Almond Resort from 6th till 13th, after which she returns to England, then I'm staying back until the 21st (or beyond if India make it ;o)
Anyway, anyone wanna share accomodation from 13th till 21st? I havent booked any yet.
Or Anyone wanna just get together if you're the same as me and dont really know anyone else who's going to the CWC?
Let me know.

my email address is neeraj_malhotra@yahoo.com

Anna, bgi1116, mc2am, you guys fancy showing us around ur island???

Gaurav, iluvsmydogs, you guys got your accomodation sorted? Fancy meeting up?

Cheers

Extra room at the Time Out at The Gap on April 10-12

Postby amyns on Sat Apr 07, 2007 5:03 am

Hi

I have an extra hotel room at the Time Out at the Gap in Christ Church on April 10-12, 2007, that I don't need any more since some people from my group have dropped out.

Please email me at amyn_s@yahoo if you're looking for accommodation. If you would like more info on the hotel, please go to http://www.gemsbarbados.com/hotel_detail.asp?hotel_id=7

Thanks!
Amyn
