SPENT THE 20TH TO THE 27TH OF JAN. (YES, LAST WEEK!) AT THE LA CABANNA VILLAS BOOKED THROUGH INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL GETAWAY. THE 2ND DAY I RETURNED TO MY ROOM TO FIND A WELL DRESSED WOMAN IN MY KITCHEN. UPON QUESTIONING, SHE TOLD ME THE FRONT DESK GAVE HER A KEY TO MY ROOM (5526H). SHE LEFT TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK, (SHE DIDN'T!!) I CALLED SECURITY & THEY INFORMED ME THAT I " MUST HAVE MISUNDERSTOOD, MY ROOM WAS PROBABLY OPEN TO BEGIN WITH EVEN THOUGH I PUT MY KEY IN THE LOCK & OPENED IT!!!!! ALSO HAD A HOUSEKEEPING ISSUE AS WELL. I TRIED TO NO AVAIL TO REPORT THIS TO ALL HOTEL MANAGERS. I WILL REPORT THIS TO EVERY AGENCY I CAN FIND!!! RATING...- BEYOND HORRIFIC!!! It is difficult to believe anyone who YELLS their entire message and cannot spell the name of the resort about which they wish to complain.

Apparently the intrusion was the only thing that happened to you, good or bad, during your stay. I am sorry you focused on that one event.

Yes, I agree I have seen this review many times on almost ever site. It is a bit confusing, but most of all gives NO review of the property.

I mean mistakes happen, this is not enough to say it was a disaster!!!
