Reef Club Cozumel. Beach conditions

How is the beach at the Reef Club? Is it sandy and white? Calm, blue waters? Good for little kids to swim and play there?

You need water socks to enter the beach at the Reef Club - I would not recommend it for small kids -

How small are the children?
If they have shoes, they will be fine...probably fine w/o them, but just to be safe...
