I have been going to Jamaica for more than twenty years. I have stayed at large resorts, small resorts, hotels and B&B's from Ocho Rios to Negril. In all my trips I have never had such a bad experience as I had at BRB August of this year. Despite the fact we were booked and confirmed the resort overbooked the property and did not make any arrangements for us in advance. We had three rooms (6 people) and they told us at Montego Bay Airport they had no rooms for us. They did put us up at another property which we hated and finally got us to BRB but with only two days left in our vacation. The worse part is no one at the resort, the travel agent or at Superclubs will take responsibility for their acts. We lost a lot of money and precious vacation time and they are not willing to do anything to compensate us. Buyer Beware before you book at Breeze Runaway Bay. :( :( [color=red] [/color]
