Just got back from a week at BIBR. It is a mom/pop operation, and most of the rooms need refurbishing.
Most of the rooms are tired, paint flaking, holes in the wall, broken screens, and not worth the money.
Dive operation is good, with a competent staff. Only one dive boat functional that we could see.
Food prep or Food handling needs the greatest attention as 2 of my group contracted food poisoning, as well as 4 of the canadian group.
A look in the kitchen tells the tale of a not- so sanitary food prep area.
All in all, I would stay away from this resort and spend the money elsewhere.
