Iberostar Quetzal

Postby Sharon on Wed Apr 09, 2003 9:11 am

Hi,
Is there anyway to stay at this "All Inclusive" hotel without having to pay for the meals? We like to eat out at different places, but like the idea of the rest of the all inclusive. any help would be appreciated. Sharon

Hi Sharon,

I can't answer your question exactly but I can tell you that we just came from Iberostar Quetzal and it was fabulous!

It's such a beautiful resort. Very lush with lots of wildlife around which makes it interesting. A beautiful pool and wonderful beach. They also have 4 specialty restaurants that are very good besides there being 2 more restaurants that have very lavish buffets. I personally don't think you could go wrong here. We wish we were still there! It has a much nicer feel than some of the other places around, ie. The Gala Resort, which I've heard great things about but it doesn't have that tropical feel like the Quetzal.

We'd go back in a heartbeat...Good Luck

Hi,
I had a fabulous time at the Quetzal. the entertainment at night was fabulous. All the dancers were very friendly and personable. I was wondering if a guy by the name of Karim is still working there. He was definately one of the people who makes you want to go back to the hotel again. thanks

What is the dress code for the sit down resturants at the Quetzal? Is it Kahkis and casual dresses?
