When staying at the beach resort is it true that you do not have access to all the features of the resort? If so what does it not include? Can you use all the different pools? Like the wave pool is that included?

We have reservations at IB Del Mar and were told we can NOT use the wave pool or any of the facilites at IB LIndo

You can use all the facilites at Iberostar Paraison Del Mar, and Beach, but NOT at the Lindo. All 3 are side by side
