What ever you do, avoid Villas Flamingos on Holbox island. The owner is a lunatic. After prepaying our whole vacation with our credit card, the owner decides he doesn't have it anymore, and has the police drag us off a cancun bus and bring us and our kids to the POLICE STATION because he couldn't find it for our bar bill. He could have just gone through the tour operator. Very unprofessional and humiliating - avoid at all costs.
