Please believe me when I say, that at Summer Bay Resorts we do our best to accomodate our guests in the nicest most efficient manner that we can. We do also understand that some people can become frustrated when they have given thier credit card information over the phone and then stumble across a site like this and feel they have been scammed out of money! We are not a scam! We travel roughly 1000 people a week if not more, and we do understand that not everyone will be happy. We try our best! Our reps do work dilligently to get you the room type and travel dates that you request. Unfortunately, there are some dates that have been sold, or that are not accepting reservations for a certain time period. If you give us the requested amount of time before your looking to travel,( 30-60 days advance) we can generally get the locations that your requesting. Please also be advised, that when you do speak with a rep they are only taking a request. Please do not assume your reservations are confirmed at that time. Mst of the locations that are not in Florida and booked through a third party vendor, these are for your 3/2 mini vacations. They all have different marriage, income status, and age requirements. All of these locations require a timeshare presentation. You are required to attend for 90 minutes. thats it. If the sales people are taking more of your time, we apologize but it is up to you to stand your ground and say that your 90 minutes are up and your leaving! We do offer very competitive rates for this service. Some of our packages require the purchase of this product because it is required by your local government to carry this protecton.
