My husband and I purchased this vacation deal today around 4pm. We too were told that we would receive an e-mail ASAP regarding our trip details. Well, the e-mail never came, the phone number 1-800-513-4524 is of no use b/c nobody ever picks up, and the other number 1-800-790-4157 is also useless. Sometimes it will ring nonstop, and when someone does pick up, they put you on hold and never come back to you. When we tried to log into the web site with the username and password they gave us, we were denied access. If you want to take a vacation, go to you local travel agent because this company will STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

I also was told that i could get this great vacation but when it came time to get my information there was nothing there. I lost hundreds of dollars on this so call deal.

THEY GAVE ME A DIFFERENT NUMBER THEN THE ONE THEY GAVE YOU. TRY IT, HOPEFULLY YOU CAN GET IT STRAIGHTENED OUT! 1-866-639-6144. IT ALSO TOOK ABOUT 48 HOURS UNTIL I WAS ABLE TO LOG INTO THEIR WEB SITE WITH MY USER NAME AND PASSWORD. GOOD LUCK!

I just bought several packages from summer bay resorts. I also have a pkg. for the Flamingo Resort. I have printed my confirmation letters and I have called and spoke with several people about the packages at the 888-782-9847. I am really confused now if it is fraud or not. Were you told in order to get this deal you would have to do a 90min tour of the place?

Wow,what ya'll are talking about are some of the same things we experienced with this company,they said we should wait 7 days till we would be able to see our confirmation letters,and they never posted them, this makes me really upset!!!
