Hi All...we'll be staying at FV oct 25-Nov 1. We booked through RCI and know that the meal plan is mandatory. my question to those that have been there is that we arrive at the resort approx 12:00 noon and check out early on nov 1. does anyone know how they are going to charge us? do the charge a full 7 days or just the time that you are there?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as i have been put in charge as the travel agent for our group of friends....lucky me

We were there Sept 01 though RCI at that time they said the meal plan was optional. Well we get there and it was stated in room optional meal plan BUT is was mandatory. It is a small restaurant, not much variety and you pay for all plans if you are there or not. We were very disappointed. We filed a complaint with the resort and RCI and got no where. My son and daughter in law came as our quest and they also had to pay for the meal plan. We were totally confused as we had a full kitchen suite so why the meal plan? We go out on alot of excursions and did not eat many of the meals.

Well each to their own. We will never go back. Hope yours is what your looking for.

Also,the cab people are confused with the address of the resort as there is a site called fishermans village our driver drove around forever.
