Hi, i'm a 17 year old male going to a resort in Puerto Vallata in a couple weeks. I know the driniking age is 18, but how easy is it for someone my age to get a drink.

Correct ... the drinking age in Mexico is 18 years old. I don't condone breaking the law in any country...but depending on where you choose to go you will probably not have a problem buying a drink. Some upscale clubs may ask for an ID...smaller bars, hotels etc probably would not ask for ID.
