I think the best hot spot for single guys who can afford it, is charlisangels adult resort, if you can find it. the club is for very demanding gentlemen.

Cabarete at the north coast is a good plce to start, sosua has some to ofer too, depending on your tastest.

el canto del delfin has great prices for a hotel close to action and guest friendly.....any disco in sosua classico, sosua life bar, X

Been there last month for 2 weeks.
Great lacation on the beach with a lot of privacy between Sosua and Cabarete.
....and girl friendly.
