i heard carnival advertising a stop at grand turk on one of their cruise ships---ugg...............anyone know when this is supposed to start?

It is aboard the Elation and starts in April of 2006.

The Carnival Sensation will also be docking in Grand Turk starting in March

Carnival cruise ships will started in March 2006. They may be other cruise ships as well I just know about Carnival. They will not be staying over night at Grand Turk or Half Moon Cay.

I just got back from a Carnival cruise on the Elation that went to Grand Turk. The beach they dock at is disappointing. However, if you take a $3.00 cab ride to Govenor's beach, it's worth the 5 minute trip. White sandy beaches in and out of the water. www.vidatravels.com
