I have a chance to rent a timeshare at Club Maeva Tulum for a very good price. Are the time share units in the same place as the Resort?

There is an AI fee mandatory payable on arrival, but it is very reasonable compared to other resorts.

I just wondered if anyone has stayed in an RCI unit at Club Maeva.
