Greetings ~ We will be spending the winter, 3 months in PR and have looked at car rentals and they are very expensive. We are thinking it might suit us to buy a "junker" to use for our visit but what about registration and insuring the car? How do we go about doing this? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
