I realize this has probably been asked and answered but am unable to find any answers. Plus tired of being put on "ignore" waiting for an actual person at the banking institutions!!
So where better to look than here, with all the experts......will a TD Canada Trust visa or a President's Choice mastercard work in Cuba?
