We checked out several condos in St.Thomas at Sapphire Beach. They were on a hill overlooking Sapphire beach right next to the resort. The prices were in the 100,000 range but the condo fees were to my wife and I very high at over 700 dollars a month. The units we looked at were one bedrooms which where all furnished and were bright and attractive. All had decent views with balconies.

We are still looking to buy a condo in St. Thomas.
