I don't believe you need a converter on Curacao.

Breezes Curacao

The resort (Breezes) is over rated. The service was extremely variable: my room was not made up the first three days unless I repeatedly called the front desk. My room was adjacent to a major street and you could hear traffic all night. The staff at all of the services was really disinterested. Occasionally, the water sport staff did not show for work and guests were told that the activity was simply closed. Some of the local residents entered the property on the beach and security did nothing. The evening entertainment was generally poor.

Of all of the resorts I have been at, this was the worst. The only real asset of this resort was there was free shore diving but you have to be cautious. The dive staff will try and make you buy a refresher course.
