Hi,
I am trying to put together a trip to belize in the first 3 weeks of Sept and wondered what the weather was like then and if it's worth a visit. I am into my scuba diving so want the water to be good too. There seems to be conflicting info regarding holidaying there at this time.

Also, how decent are the buses from Cancun to Belize? I know you have to change twice but does anyone think it's worth travelling this way to Belize for only a 2 week holiday?

It's hurricane season to the weather could be unpredictable.

You'll need to change bus in chetumal. Altogether it's about 7 hours.

If you already have somewhere to stay in Cancun and you still want to travel to Belize, might as well ask the concierge there. They will be able to tell whether it is worth it. Nevertheless, there is no harm in trying. You may be able to see the Blue Hole up-close!
