In 1997, when I was 15yrs old I went to the DR with my family and stayed at "The Hotel Estrelle Del Mar" now called "Azzurro Club Estrella" When there I met a man named Pilar. His surname began with an "A" but I have since forgotten the spelling. He worked at this hotel as a waiter and a barman. We got on brilliantly and kept in touch for a few years when I came back to the UK. However, as with everyone, life moves on and you loose touch with people. What I am asking is that if anyone may know who I am talking about or may be going to the DR, particularly this amazing hotel - would it be possible to see if Pilar is still there?
