Anyone have opinion on Poinsettia Condos??

Can anyone offer an opinion on this property? Price seems reasonable. Thanks!

haven't stayed there, but it depends on what your requirements are. the beach is not very nice. lots of ironshore and sea urchins. the beach is much nicer further north; and the prices higher.
