Adventura Spa Palace

Postby Stacie on Tue Feb 25, 2003 11:43 am

We are very interested in booking our vacation here but we would like to know more about transportation from the airport to the actual resort first. I know its 45-50 minutes away. Does anyone know if there is a shuttle service offered by the Resorts or in particulat the Adventura Spa PAlace itself? Or how much a cab would cost from the airport to the resort?

Thanks for your help!

I just booked my Honeymoon at this location in August. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations? I certainly appreciate it.

The best deal I have found with this hotel is through Funjet vacations. They were about $800 cheaper than everyone else. transfers included. They have a website, i just dont know the address.

Re: Transfer Info/Cost to Aventura Spa Palace

The resort does not furnish transfers as part of the stay. They are easy to add to a land-only or air/land package. They run about $40 R/T and it depends on the company that reserves the stay at Aventura Spa Palace. As an example if Travel Impressions is the Tour Operator, they use American Express ground services for Palace Resorts transfers. Apple or Funjet will use a different transfer company.

If you purchased a time share, you will probably have to arrange a transfer on your own. If you do not pre-arrange transfers, see the transportation desk at the Cancun Airport to arrange transfers.

Hope this helps.

We were told to send an email to: receptivochaza@palaceresorts.com to reserve airport to hotel transportation.

Re your inquiry about transportation to Aventura Spa Palace. If you are booking with a travel agent, they would arrange your transfer via bus from the Cancun airport. While we were at the resort, we had booked a side trip and the bus mistakenly left without us. The resort arranged to send us by cab to Cancun which was about $40 US and was much faster than the bus, which stops at about 4-6 resorts along the way. Incidentally, our trip in Feb. 2003 for our daughter's wedding to the Aventura ended up being the best all inclusive resort we have ever stayed at. We (and our party of 16) highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for the very best in an all inclusive.
Good luck
