Hi all, I want to take my 84 year old father somewhere for optimum snorkeling, which he loves and has not been able to do for years while my mother was ill. My research brought me to Bonaire, but I am concerned regarding his less-than-perfect balance, as I read the approaches to the snorkeling sites are often down cliffs, or over rocky terrain. Also, there may not be sandy beaches to just relax on when not snorkeling. Does anyone have any knowledge on this, also, perhaps Bonaire is not the most appropriate. Can you suggest another Caribbean Island known for good snorkeling, with perhaps better access and beaches? Thanks!
