I am planning a week iwith my wife n May in Saint Martin during May.

We would mainly relax on a nice beach, doing some walk, shopping and visiting nice place.
We are very found of sea and prefer a good (not croudly) beach where swimming and makin snorkeling.

Which side of the island you suggest (Altantic or Caribbean)?
Which Hotel?

So far I am in contact with Hotel Privilege ( Anse Marcel), Saint Tropez hotel, l' Hoste Hotel.
My budget will be max 150-160 euro per night for double room

i would advise you to stay at divi little bay or saphire beach club in the dutch side of the island

Le Privilege is on a mountain and not directly on the beach. L'Hoste is directly on Orient Beach which is the best for all your purposes. You can go to: wwwzebrabot.com which is the search engine for St. Maarten/St. Martin.
Just enter any keyword for hotels, resorts. etc. and you can visit their websites to get the best and most visual info. Lenny

If you want quiet beaches, head for lowlands where there is great snorkelling, and hardly anyone on the beach. Also nice place to find a secluded spot and try skinny dipping...
