Amenities: - Swimming pool - Outdoor BBQ - Beach bar - Gift shop
We are one of the newest and most exciting developments on Ambergris Caye. In addition to being absolutely the best value on the Island, our condos boast top quality design, construction, materials, and a fabulous location for privacy. The comments regarding the quality of work, the décor, and the favorable comparisons to other projects on the Island have been overwhelming and we appreciate all the good feedback. Currently, we have two buildings complete and units, five that are sold. Three of our owners have elected to be in a rental pool. Also, we have just completed our large swimming pool and a small beach bar.
We are a small family project and live here year round. As this is the case, our goal is to keep White Sands Cove friendly, quite, and well maintained. Our owners can be assured that while they are not using their condos they will looked after and maintained.
About the Condominiums Each building contains three units, two one-bedroom units on the bottom floor and a two-bedroom, two-bath unit on the top floor. Our condominiums are some of the most spacious andwell designed on the Island. Our one-bedroom contains 550 square feetof living space inside with a generous 23 foot master suite, full kitchen and large walk in shower. The two-bedroom units have 1100 square feet inside and boast very large rooms, cathedral ceilings, and lots of windows for those great views of the Caribbean.
The units at White Sands are the only units on the Island that have been professionally decorated. You will notice the high quality of materials and the finish work. All floors are tile as well as the counter tops and the large showers. The bathroom sinks are hand-made and painted, and the kitchen fixtures are of the highest quality. The kitchen cabinets, the interior doors and moldings are all made on-site with Mahogany and Belizean Cedar. We also designed our bedroom furniture and it is made on-site as well.
You may not immediately notice some of the other quality features throughout the untis. We have planned for the marine environment. Our units must stand up against being on the ocean. For example, the ceiling fans are stainless steel throughout with a non-corrosive paint finish, unlike those found at any other development. The refrigerator has a high tech plastic coating on the fronts to prevent rusting. The windows are all aluminum with corrosive resistant paint and fiberglass screens to prevent rusting. There are more items like these you may not notice in this well thought out development, but will come to appreciate when you find you're not haviing to pay for frequent repair and replacement.
Judging by the comments of visitors and owners, I think it's safe to say, "we're doing it better and doing it for less". If owning a beautiful condo in this amazing place sounds like a good idea to you, we invite you to contact us and we'll make your dreams come true.
If investment is your main focus while enjoying great vacations, then don't hesitate to talk to us about whole building sales.
Either way, we hope to hear from you soon.
