Playa Del Carmen, Yucatan - Beachfront Condo
This is a gorgeous 2-Level Penthouse oceanfront condo in Fisherman's Village in the gated community of Playacar just a 10 minute walk from the Ferry dock in Playa Del Carmen which has several ferries each day to and from Cozumel. You are so close to the ocean in my condo that if you stand on the balcony, you can throw a rock into the sea.

If you like the history and romance of the Yucatan, you will love staying in Playacar. Playacar is home to many ancient Mayan ruins that are highlighted at night and just steps from the condo for you to view.
Playa Del Carmen is located just 30 minutes South of Cancun and offers many of the same powdery white sand and turquoise waters, great restaurants and shopping without the towering hotels and crowds of tourists. This complex features a large fresh water pool, children's pool, a swim-up bar, Air conditioned gym, restaurant and room service. Playacar's spectacular 18 hole golf course and tennis courts are approximately 10 minutes walk from the condo.
Nearby Attractions include Cancun (30 min.), Cozumel (30 min. by Ferry), Tulum Mayan Ruins (25 min.) Puerto Aventuras (10 min.) and Akumal (15 min.)
Available Options: Babysitting Bicycles, kayaks, sailboats, sailboard, and rafts. Snorkeling and Scuba diving is very close by as well as Horseback riding on the beach.

Carry an extra supply of batteries, and be prepared to turn on your camera, camcorder, or laptop to prove to security personnel that the device is real. Always ask for hand inspection of film, which becomes clouded after successive exposures to airport X-ray machines, and keep videotapes and computer disks away from metal detectors.
