Below the house are a sheltered sunning terrace, 50-foot lap pool, illuminated
croquet court and doubles tennis court, all private. Our cook-housekeeper (helped by a second
maid if you're more than four people) will shop for you in advance, prepare and serve all meals,
make beds and pick up after you and pamper you.
And a bonus: We guarantee Jamaican sunshine! We're in a rain shadow that defies "rainy
seasons": From May through November we will refund your rent for any day with significant
daytime rainfall.
