More Info: When you wish to rent a vacation home, you want to know who you are dealing with. My husband and I are from Texas originally but we have lived on Cozumel full-time since May 2000 after vacationing here for 25 years. We are familiar with the island and the vacation home rental business as both home owners and rental agents since 1977. You are NOT dealing with someone in the U.S. that has never seen these homes and villas. We visit them at least once a year, and have taken all the photos.
We represent a limited number of vacation homes that we think are of the very finest quality. That doesn't mean they are all expensive. They are just very well maintained and equipped. All of these vacation rental homes are managed by what I believe is the finest and most professional property management company on Cozumel, Cozumel Property Management and Vacation Rentals. The homes they manage are always in excellent condition, are fully equipped and kept immaculately clean. They also provide guest services which include an airport greeting for arriving guests, an orientation to the home, welcome refreshments plus providing purified water for drinking and cooking. They are "on-call" 24 hours a day for any emergencies. All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided and the maid service that is included is daily (except Sundays and major Mexican holidays). If you desire, we can arrange for cook service and also for vehicle rental.
Nearby Attractions: Cozumel Island is located only 12 miles off the mainland of the Yucatan in Mexico, and is considered part of the Mexican Caribbean. Cozumel is only 28 miles long and about 10 miles wide, and is world renown for excellent scuba diving and snorkeling. It’s also well-known for being one of the safest destinations in the Caribbean. The local people of are Mayan descent, are very hospitable and friendly, and generously welcome visitors to their island.
In addition to scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming and simply enjoying the sun and beautiful beaches, there's also parasailing, jet skis, windsurfing, deep sea fishing and even light tackle fishing. Pay a visit to Chankanaab National Park and see the beautiful lagoon and botanical gardens or swim with the dolphins. Visit one of the very popular beaches with restaurants including Playa San Franciso, Playa Palancar, Mr. Sancho's or Playa Francesca or relax on a secluded beach on the east side of the island...it's your choice.
On dry land, there's horseback riding, miniature golf, visiting the small Mayan ruins, shopping and there's a wide selection of very reasonably priced restaurants.
There are submarine rides, glass bottom boats, catamaran rides and tours of the island. There is some night life, including the famous Carlos N Charlies downtown, and a couple of other hot spots, and Cozumel even a modern new 6 screen movie theatre!
