This tastefully decorated condo is located in the Heart of the Condado across the street from the San Juan Marriott Hotel and Casino and the famous Condado Beach!

Relax on your 16th floor balcony and enjoy the spectacular ocean views. Enjoy great dining in a wide variety of restaurants as well as great shopping all within walking distance. Just behind the building is a small park where you can relax and read or just people watch. All the necessary convenience stores like a drugstore, food market, and cleaners are right outside your door.
The condo is located on the 16th floor of the Ashford Imperial which features 24 hour security and its own swimming pool. Just downstairs is a gym (fee) if you feel the need to exercise. This small apartment has been recently decorated and is fully-equipped to help make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. Pets are NOT allowed.
We are located within 15 minutes (by bus or taxi) from historic Old San Juan. Visit El Morro (a 16th century Spanish Fort), Casa Blanca (the family home of Ponce de Leon), and numerous other historic sights. Stroll the cobblestone streets which are full of wonderful shops, restaurants, and cafes.
If you wish to explore the Island, you can arrange tours at the Marriott Tour Desk of El Yunque (the rain forest), the underground caves of Camuy or the colonial city of Ponce, just to name a few. However, if you prefer to rent a car and explore the island on your own, you are able to avoid the difficulty of finding a parking space as the building features an underground parking garage.
If you are looking for an exciting vacation in a cosmopolitan city with wonderful beaches, historic sights, restaurants which feature food from around the world, and the sounds of salsa at great clubs and casinos, this affordable condo is just for you!
