Nearby Attractions: Water Sports Free of charge to our guests, we have two Hobie cats and a selection of kayaks to go sailing or paddling in the bay. You can also rent from Aquanauts Dive Center snorkels and fins. There is a small reef by the two small islands in the bay where you can go exploring. Scuba Diving Aquanauts Dive center is located right at the resort, they offer daily dive trips to the nearby reefs and wrecks, but you can also book a snorkeling trip or take one of their courses to learn to dive. Their very qualified and professional staff will make sure you will enjoy your dive or snorkel trip in perfect safety. Sailing If sailing is on your mind, right at our marina visit Horizons Yacht Charters with their wonderful fleet of sailboats and catamarans. You will find the ideal boat for your sailing vacation. Take advantage of one of their sailing packages and explore the Grenadines. Or just go for a day sail along the coast of Grenada.
Marina If you are traveling by boat, visit True Blue Bay Marina. We have water, fuel, ice, showers and electricity. You can also take advantage of some of the hotel facilities when staying at the dock. We are also located within walking distance of the Spice Island Marina where they have excellent haul out facilities, chandlery and yachts repairs. So if you have your yacht at the yard, you can come and stay at True Blue. Enquiry about our special rates for “yachties”.
Kids and Play Grounds For our little guests we have two play grounds available, one by the restaurant and one by the Bay View pool. We also have a small kids library and VCR Kids movies are available on request.

Although some Caribbean countries welcome retirees or others of independent means as long-term residents, requests for work permits are rarely granted. Before you travel, apply to the country's embassy or consulate in the United States to obtain a visa if you wish to reside, go into business, or work in the country.
U.S. citizens who wish to invest in the Caribbean, such as in real estate or a business, should first thoroughly investigate the company making the offer and, in addition, learn about the investment climate in the country. A good resource is the Trade Information Center of the U.S. Department of Commerce, telephone 1-800-USA-TRADE. The Center can tell you how to access the National Trade Data Bank. Among the things you can learn are how to find out if the company is registered with local authorities and how to get in touch with local trade associations. Before signing a contract for a timeshare or other real estate, you may wish to consult with a lawyer. You will need to check whether the contract contains the same safeguards as do similar contracts in the U.S., such as the retention of timeshare rights if the property is sold. You should also determine whether the builder or seller has a clear title.
