Cozumel Luxury 2BR with Pool & Great Location - Casa Tomas
This privately owned, custom-built, two bedroom, two bath, vacation rental is the upstairs unit of a property called Villas Topaz. It's in a remarkably convenient location, on Tenth Avenue South. Situated on the third street from the ocean, this condo is less than 500 yards from the waters of the Mexican Caribbean.
|
More Info: You’ll be two streets away (less than 300 yards) from the doors of the newest and largest grocery store on Cozumel, complete with deli, bakery, pharmacy, liquor, and a handy ATM machine. You're near a modern new movie theatre, several good restaurants within three to four blocks and the main plaza is only about nine blocks away.
In Cozumel's nicest residential area, Corpus Cristi, Casa Tomás is on the second floor and shares a stone covered patio and ceramic tiled swimming pool with one other two bedroom downstairs. Each home is separate and private, and a tall privacy fence surrounds the swimming pool and patio area.
Upstairs there's a small front terrace plus a wonderful little screened porch that overlooks the pool where you can sit and sip a morning cup of coffee or a cool drink in the afternoon and enjoy the breeze. One of the bedrooms and private bath is located just off the screened porch. The kitchen is fully-equipped including stove, refrigerator, blender, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric juicer, dishes, cookware, and plenty of purified water.
There’s remote controlled, whisper quiet air conditioning throughout and a telephone for local calls. The furnishings are Mexican rustic upholstered in imported fabrics, there are fully lined custom made curtains and local decorations include Mexican talavera pottery, ceramics, and original paintings. There’s a small safe with a programmable digital lock, special cushioning on the beds for extra comfort, a pressurized water system, small fold away drying rack, iron and ironing board, as well as imported Price Pfister faucets for the bath and kitchen.
A truly lovely, very well equipped, and luxuriously comfortable vacation home!

Caribbean Travel Tip Camera Tips Always keep your film, tape, or computer disks out of the sun. Carry an extra supply of batteries, and be prepared to turn on your camera, camcorder, or laptop to prove to security personnel that the device is real. Always ask for hand inspection of film, which becomes clouded after successive exposures to airport X-ray machines, and keep videotapes and computer disks away from metal detectors.
