Charter Yacht Society of the BVI
There are 50+ members of the Charter Yacht Society based in the US and British Virgin Islands which entertain and care for their guests in a unique and individual way. Romantic sailboats, fast racing machines, spacious and luxurious multihulls and classic motoryachts, we have them all in the Charter Yacht Association. Each one lovingly kept in superb condition by their owners.

The members of the Charter Yacht Society of the US and British Virgin Islands provide cruising vacations to guests from around the world. Many of our charter crews are owner operators who come from a wide variety of backgrounds, both professionally and culturally. Chartering is a way of life they have chosen and each crew member has an unusual story to tell.
The Charter Yacht Society (CYS) is a non-profit organisation which was founded in 1982 by the independent owners of crewed yachts in the USVI and BVI. The society filled the need for an organised voice to represent the individual crewed yacht operators.
The tradition of luxury crewed charter yacht vacations based in the British and U.S. Virgin Islands goes back to the 1950's and before. These islands are considered the chartering capital of the world, and many of the finest international crewed charter yachts have made their base here over the years. The charter is the promise of fair weather cruising in crystal-clear waters amongst tropical islands whilst being catered to by your crew: professionals in yachting and perfectionists in caribbean vacations.
