Newly built condominium hotel with only 18 units, Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands, located steps from spectacular 12 mile beach. All modern conveniences at affordable rates.

All suites face Grace Bay, the upper units with a view of sea and the barrier reef, lower units with access to private pool in a secluded tropical setting, some units with their own private garden. All units have full kitchen, air conditioning, in suite washer/dryer. Another feature is the outdoor barbecue area for the exclusive use of guests. All units are one bedroom but connecting rooms and sofa beds are available for larger parties.
Opening October 1, 2001.
