Villas Topaz is a stunning custom-built, 2-story, 4 bedroom 4 bath Cozumel vacation rental home with a private swimming pool/patio. Offering you both luxury and location, at Villas Topaz you're just 500 yards from Cozumel's newest major grocery store with an ATM, the new convention center, a brand new movie theater and the Plaza Las Glorias Hotel where you can rent snorkel gear for only $5 US per day and scuba divers can be picked up at the pier. The main square and downtown area with great restaurants and shops is less than a mile away.
Villas Topaz actually consists of 2 totally separate and private 2 bedroom 2 bath vacation homes, giving guests additional privacy, and there’s a beautiful ceramic tiled swimming pool surrounded by Mexican stone and enclosed by a privacy fence.
There’s air-conditioning with remote controls in each room, ceiling fans throughout, custom made Mexican rustic furniture upholstered in imported fabrics, fully lined custom-made curtains throughout, a phone for local calls, a pressurized water system, safes with programmable digital locks, TV, cable, VCR, CD, and there’s even a video tape, CD and reading library. Maid service is daily (except Sunday and major Mexican holidays) and all linens, towels and even beach towels are provided.
There’s a patio downstairs by the pool, and upstairs a front terrace and lovely screened porch. Both kitchens are fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker and toaster oven. All dishes, flatware, cookware and glasses are included, and we provide plenty of purified water.
The regular weekly rate for Villas Topaz with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths is only $1,600/wk. There is also a 12% Mexican tax and a refundable security deposit. Contact us for holiday rates. Rates are subject to change without notice.
