The villas are on the island of Abaco in the northen Bahamas, about a 55-minute flight from major South Florida cities and Nassau. Treasure Cay is serviced by six scheduled airlines with direct flights.

The property has three docks with gazebos, and is sometimes visited by local bottle-nose dolphins.

On a map look approximately 165nm due east of West Palm Beach, Florida.
