Villas Quince
Villas Quince is a two story home, situated in the residential development of Playacar, and has been newly remodeled for more comfortable living. You will be a short walking distance to white sand beaches and to the town of Playa del Carmen, where you will encounter plenty of shopping and a vast assortment of restaurants.

On the first floor there is a fully-equipped kitchen with a walk-in pantry and separate laundry area, a powder room, the spacious living room which opens to the covered patio and the dining room with a garden view. The swing chairs under the indoor palapa are a hit with kids and adults alike. The pool is just steps away, as is the golf course and tennis court.
All of the bedrooms are upstairs off a central hallway. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a large terrace. The spacious master bath has his and her sinks and a large walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a king-size bed and also opens to the ustairs terrace. The second guest bedroom has a full-size bed. Each room has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, as is the downstairs.
If you do not like air conditioning, feel free to open all the windows, which are screened, and enjoy the breeze. The house comes completely equipped and maid service is included every other day so you can relax and enjoy your holiday on the Mayan Riviera.
