These two-story villas have been carefully built, so that two of the three bedrooms upstairs and the living areas all have beautiful ocean views. There are private balconies off each of the bedrooms, there is a covered porch off each home that faces the ocean, and there is even a large terrace on the third level where the ocean breezes and views are marvelous. A perfect place to watch a magnificent sunset and sip a margarita!
Tropical landscaping surrounds the villas and the large, freshwater swimming pool shared by both villas. The pool is exceptionally large, measuring 26 foot by 52 foot. These vacation villas are fully air-conditioned, have ceiling fans, fully-equipped kitchens with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and purified water is provided. There is a color TV and VCR, a pressurized water system and daily maid service (except Sundays and major Mexican holidays)is included. All linens, towels, and even beach towels are provided.
Both villas are furnished with custom-made wooden furniture and the cushions are upholstered in tropically-colored fabrics. A well-known Mexican artist has been commissioned to provide artwork for Villas Palmas Reales that depicts the natural beauties of Cozumel. Located only about a mile south of town, you have quick access to restaurants, groceries, and other shopping, and there is a dive boat pickup only a few hundred yards away.
Villa One has three bedrooms and three and one-half bathrooms. There are two king-size and two twin beds to accommodate six people. Villa Two has three bedrooms and two and one-half bathrooms. It also has two king-size and two twin beds to sleep six people. Both villas can be rented together to accommodate parties of up to of 12 people.
