First our manager greets you and takes you home where our housekeeper is waiting to meet you. There is light Mexican music playing on the CD and a cold one in the refrigerator. After all, first impressions are everything.

More Info:
Our villa is located on the north side of the Island where the waters are calm and the beach is sandy and private. We are in an area called Country Club Estates and it is said to be the most exclusive area on the Island. There are about 12 private homes that share this enclave. It is very secluded and private.
Our home is about 100 yards from the ocean. At night the waves will lull you to sleep. We completed the third floor tower so that guests can enjoy the gorgeous Caribbean Ocean and the green landscape behind us. It is nice to go up there early in the mornings or late in the evenings.
We are situated on a corner lot and due to the warm climate we have beautiful green grass, palm trees, banana trees, hibiscus trees, and colorful bougainvillea. The vegetation is very tropical, as are the animals, parrots, iguanas, colorful fish, and horses. In fact, the horses are very close and its great to take sunrise walks on the beach with them.
We brought in hand-painted talavera tiles from Puebla; we imported ceiling fans and accentuated the home in mahogany wood. We have included in our home central air conditioning and modern appliances like toaster, microwaves, electric juicer, blender, and a fully-stocked kitchen. The dining room seats eight and we have added an outdoor covered patio with furniture for dining, we even put ceiling fans and a large hammock outside.
The living room has large wooden armoires and trunks made of hand-crafted wood and iron and we have installed TV, VCR, stereo, cassette and CD player. We have lots of books for reading on the beach and tons of games for children and adults. We even have beach chairs and towels to make your stay more enjoyable.
Take the stairs up to the bedrooms, there are three large bedrooms. The master having its own private bath and balcony with queen-size bed and again hand-crafted wood furniture, and lots of huge large windows with screens to take in the nature outside. From the second floor you can ascend the stairs to the third floor tower. The home is full of rich colors, Mexican artwork, and has large windows everywhere to allow for the sunlight and breezes to filter in. The villa also includes your bed linens, towels, and soaps.
Outside we have a large yard where you can see many tropical birds perched amongst the treetops. We are within walking distance to one of the nicer hotels on the island, which means there are always taxis within walking distance or you can rent a car. We are about four miles from downtown and about three miles from the brand new large grocery store, which has everything and is a real treat.
We also provide you with maid service everyday (Elvira). She is really great, but does not speak much English so brush up on some key words. Our house manager is a long time resident of Cozumel and he and staff are on call for all of your needs 24 hours a day. He will pick you up at the airport and take you home where icy cold beers and sodas wait for you.
