Villa Zaz Tun is located in Cozumel's premier residential area, Corpus Cristi. With a view of the beautiful Corpus Cristi Cathedral, the four one bedroom/one bath units are a five-minute walk to the island's largest grocery store. Three blocks from the ocean and a ten-minute walk from the central plaza makes this a quiet yet convenient location.

From the rooftop patio watch the cruise ships come and go as you sip a margarita and apply more suntan lotion. Designed and constructed by a local artist, Villa Zaz Tun offers all you need for a tropical island holiday.
This condo will sleep two adults and two children. The large bedroom offers a queen-size bed while a large futon makes a comfortable living room sleeping facility. Villa Zaz Tun is completely furnished and includes daily maid service.
You will find a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, all kitchen utensils, TV, VCR, linens, and beach towels. Divers and snorkelers will appreciate the rinse and storage area for each unit.

Driving in the Caribbean
If you plan to rent a car, be aware that most jurisdictions of the Caribbean drive on the left. The only places where you drive on the right are Aruba, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Martinique, and the Netherlands Antilles. In other places, if you are not used to driving on the left, proceed slowly and with utmost caution. You may wish to ride as a passenger for a while before trying to drive yourself.
Driving conditions and local driving patterns are different from the U.S. Many roads are narrow or winding, signs may not be in English, and in some places, domestic animals roam freely. Defensive driving is a must.
