The interior of this spacious apartment is surrounded by windows on three sides, has marble floors throughout, lively rattan furniture, a comfortable futon, and is decorated with delightful paintings and objects of art. The fully-equipped kitchen opens into the living/dining area and sliding glass doors open onto a large, private, terra-cotta patio with lounge furniture.
The pool, with additional lounge area, is located in the beautiful inner courtyard, bordered by exotic flowers and palm trees. And don't forget there is the inescapable hammock for those quiet afternoon siestas!
If you wish to enjoy the magic of Mexican life, take a short stroll to the village square in the evening where it comes alive after dark. There are several restaurants to choose from, a grocery store, scuba rentals, etc.
Puerto Morelos is a quiet and friendly fishing village and is home to the world's second largest reef, just 200 yards offshore. It provides some of the best underwater adventures in snorkeling and scuba diving.
You are also within an easy drive to the ancient Mayan Rruins of Tulum, Coba, or Chichen Itza. Cancun and Playa Del Carmen provide the shopping, dining, and entertainment if you are in the mood for such. The islands of Isla Mujeres and Cozumel are only a short ferry ride away.
This complex is ideal for couples or friends wishing a relaxing, friendly atmosphere in a village setting!
