Snorkel or sea kayak on the second largest barrier reef in the world directly in front of you or sun tan, fish and walk the cool sandy, white beaches. The choices are at your doorstep.

Snorkeling is magnificent in front of Casa Caribeña as is the fishing. Three hundred yards away is the well-known Manatee Cenote where manatees live. Casa Caribeña is within walking distance of 2 restaurants and within 10 - 30 minutes driving distance to Mayan ruins, Cenotes (clear, fresh water sink holes), underwater caves, dry caves and many other natural wonders this spectacular area has to offer.
A complete dive shop is located two doors away along with others in the area. Bone fishing trips can be made to go to Boca Paila, one of the foremost bone fishing areas in the world only 45 minutes from "Casa Caribeña." Deep Sea fishing can also be arranged for those who enjoy the "big catch."
