St Thomas-Luxury Beachfront Condo
This oceanfront home is in a two-story hillside private community, generally regarded as the finest in St. Thomas. It is set amidst luxuriant tropical landscaping facing picturesque Cowpet Bay.

A generous covered terrace overlooks the beach and sea, offering dining and reading pleasures while providing a breathtaking view and gentle tropical breezes. A perfect setting for a traditional "sun-downer" with family and friends.
This is the principal home of the owners, who occupy it full time when it is not rented to qualified visitors. It is all on one level and has been handsomely furnished and decorated in island style; it features all amenities, including ensuite bathrooms for each of its three spacious bedrooms.
We are close to the best restaurants and one block from the elegant Ritz Carlton Hotel; and thirty minutes from the principal town of Charlotte Amalie -- far enough for seclusion and tranquility, but close enough to partake of the world famous duty-free shopping there, if desired. We are ten minutes from the small town of Red Hook, for basic shopping and services and for sail and power boat rentals, charters, tours and sportfishing.
The beach, pool and jacuzzi are all on site, as are (for a nominal charge) tennis, all water sports and a fitness club. Golf at a private club open to visitors is fifteen minutes away.
St. Thomas can be reached daily by direct flights or through San Juan, Puerto Rico, from most U.S., South American and European major cities.
