Cozumel oceanfront-Villas Palmas Reales
Villas Palmas Reales are two brand new oceanfront villas on Cozumel with an unobstructed and absolutely spectacular ocean view of the Caribbean, just across the street. The view of the sunsets from your vacation villa at Palmas Reales is particularly memorable.

These 2 story villas have been carefully built, so that 2 of the 3 bedrooms upstairs and the living areas all have beautiful ocean views. There are private balconies off each of the bedrooms, and there's even a large terrace on the third level where the ocean breezes and views are marvelous. A perfect place to watch a magnificent sunset and sip a margarita!
The villas are furnished with custom made wooden furniture and the cushions are upholstered in tropically colored fabrics.
Located only about a mile south of town, you have quick access to restaurants, groceries and other shopping and there is a dive boat pickup only a few hundred yards away.
Villa #1 has 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms. There are 2 kings and 2 twin beds to accommodate 6 people.
Villa #2 has 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. It also has 2 kings and 2 twin beds to sleep 6 people.
Both villas can be rented together to accommodate parties of up to of 12 people.

Jungle & Rainforest Treking
If you plan to walk into the jungle make sure you know what you are doing. Carry a GPS and know how to use it. A compass will help the experienced explorer but if you just bought it and expect to enter the jungle and knock about then you may find yourself in deep trouble.
If you have to venture into the bush then please follow these instructions:
- Tell somebody where you are going.
- Bring lots of water.
- Make sure your compass works.
- Mark your trail.
- Be visually aware and remember landmarks.
- Check to see where the sun is when you enter the bush then check your watch to see what time it is, make regular checks to orient yourself to the movement of the sun.
