Cozumel oceanfront-Casa Las Flores
Casa Las Flores is a brand new and very private Cozumel villa with a prized oceanfront location 8½ miles south of town, just perfect for those wanting to relax in privacy and seclusion. This spacious and tasteful, luxury villa is only a few minutes by boat to some of Cozumel's spectacular and world-renowned reefs! Though secluded from the hustle and bustle of town, the main square is still only 15 minutes away by car.

There's a fresh water swimming pool with poolside furniture and a BBQ grill. The spacious patio and pool area overlooks the crystal clear waters of the Mexican Caribbean. The water is shallow here and the bottom is sandy but do bring your dive booties or an old pair of sneakers as the shoreline entrance to the water is rocky.
The master bedroom downstairs has a king sized bed, a private bathroom and an ocean view terrace. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a king sized bed and the other with two queen sized beds. Both have private baths and spacious screened in terraces overlooking the pool, garden and the Caribbean. There's a sofa bed in the living room and a full bath just off the living room. Casa Las Flores also has a separate guest apartment with one bedroom, full bath, living room and kitchen and is also air conditioned with two window units.
The entire villa is elegantly furnished with marble floors, imported wood and rattan furniture, and custom made mahogany cabinets and tables. The kitchen is completely modern with new appliances and it was designed with every cook's convenience in mind.
